Ginza Kozy Corner Uji Green Tea Seasonal Sweets

Seven seasonal sweets using Uji green tea will go on sale on April 7 at Ginza Cosy Corner fresh cake stores (excluding some stores).

Matcha and Wasanbon Cake (size 3.5)

The "Matcha and Wasanbon Cake (size 3.5)" is a Japanese sweet that combines the fragrant Uji matcha green tea mousse with the refined sweetness of wasanbon cheese cream. The rich taste of Kanoko-mame can also be enjoyed. The 10-cm-diameter cake is priced at 1,490 yen (tax included, the same below).

Matcha and Azuki Japanese Parfait

The "Matcha and Azuki Japanese Parfait" is a Uji green tea-scented early summer parfait containing matcha mousse and water manju with red bean paste. It is decorated with kuromitsu jelly, shiratama (white bean curd), and neriwa-an (sweet red bean paste), just like anmitsu (sweet red bean paste). The price is 486 yen.

The "Matcha and Matcha Bean Cake" is a cake of matcha ganache layered with matcha mousse and finished with a glossy glaze. Kanoko beans are added to accentuate the texture. The deep richness of Uji green tea can be enjoyed. The price is 453 yen.
