This is a rich chocolate biscuit made from 100% Van Houten cocoa (inside the cocoa ingredients), wrapped in milk cream that has a low melting point and a good mouthfeel. It is said that it has a moist and soft texture by using the Japanese confectionery "wrapping technique" and baking it in a short time. It has a nice bittersweet aftertaste, and once you eat it, it's so delicious that it won't stop.
