From Akagi Nyugyo, a new cup ice brand "Sof'" has appeared. "Sof Vanilla" and "Sof Chocolate" will be released on March 21st. The estimated price is 130 yen each (excluding tax).

Sof is a cup ice cream that uses only the delicious "upper part" of soft serve ice cream. A colorful and cute cup contains ice cream in the shape of a soft serve ice cream with a soft and soft texture using Hokkaido cream.


If you wait until the surface becomes rough and then eat it, you can enjoy the soft texture as if you were eating soft serve ice cream at a shop. In addition to eating it as it is, you can enjoy it in various ways, such as dipping it with potato chips or sprinkling it with sauce or coffee.


There are two flavors, "vanilla" where you can enjoy the richness of milk, and "chocolate" which is a combination of bitter chocolate and rich milk.
