A series that introduces the "secret masterpiece" behind the specialty. Forty-eight items are Bourbon's "sliced pavé chocolate."

Bourbon is a confectionery maker headquartered in Niigata prefecture. It has produced many popular products such as "Alfort", which is a stack of chocolate and biscuits, "Petit", a snack snack in a vertically long package, and "Rumando", which are biscuits series.

"Sliced raw chocolate" that is not sliced cheese

Each piece is wrapped in a film and looks a lot like sliced cheese. The feel is almost the same. You can easily make creamy and rich chocolate toast by baking it on toast.

However, that alone is not much different from chocolate cream or spreads. Since it's a big deal, I referred to the arrangement recipe on the official website and tried using it for the purpose unique to this product.

・ Easy raw chocolate with die cutting
Stack about 4 sheets and cut out with a cookie mold. Sprinkle with cocoa and you're done.

・ Wrap it around dried fruits
Wrap it around an orange peel stick to make it an easy orangette. I'm happy that it doesn't take time to melt the chocolate or wash it.

With chocolate cream or spread, you can only draw on a flat surface, and with chocolate bar, it takes time to melt and harden. I think sliced raw chocolate is the most suitable for this kind of work.

Various other arrangements are posted on the official website. It would be fun to think of new uses for yourself.
