What kind of taste is "Pride" potato with the prestige of Koike-ya? I tried it!


Pride potato made from 100% Japanese potatoes. Starting with the ingredients, how to peel and wash potatoes, how thick to cut, the type of oil to fry, how to fry, it seems that it was developed with particular attention to the cooking process.

Three flavors were released. "Secret rich seaweed salt", "Matsutake mushroom scented extreme salt", and "Enchanted roasted Japanese beef".

A blend of 3 types of salt (baked salt, algae salt, salt cooked in a flat kettle) and flavorful domestic green laver, and 3 types of pepper (finely ground, coarsely ground, roasted) as an accent.


The flavor of green laver is insanely good! I feel the spicy spiciness of chili peppers in the aftertaste. The flavor and saltiness of the seaweed is so delicious that it won't stop. A flavor that combines Yaizu bonito flakes and Hidaka kelp with the flavor of matsutake mushrooms. Three kinds of salt (baked salt, algae salt, salt cooked in a flat kettle) are also blended.
