"Lotus Biskov Collaboration Cafe" will open from February 20th to March 31st at Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Hiroo store (Minato-ku, Tokyo).

A cafe in collaboration with Lotus' representative biscuit "Lotus Biskov". Two types of collaboration dolce using Lotus Biskov and Lotus Biskov spread that has not been released in Japan will be sold.

"Marshmallow Dolce Pizza with Lotus Biskov" is a menu of chewy pizza dough coated with Lotus Biskov spread, topped with marshmallows and apples and baked. To enhance the texture and flavor, it is topped with Lotus Biskov crumble and Segafredo espresso powder. The price is 980 yen (tax included) with a set drink.

"Segafredo Original Tiramisu with Lotus Biskov" is a menu in which crushed Lotus Biskov is impregnated with original espresso syrup and mascarpone cream is layered and chilled. The finish is topped with Lotus Biskov crumble, and you can enjoy the crispy texture. The price is 830 yen (tax included) with a set drink.
