Aoki's Pizza "Shiruko Sand Pizza"
Crashed Shiruko Sand topping

The pizza "Shiruko Sand Pizza", which is a collaboration with Nagoya's local confectionery "Shiruko Sand", was released on February 2 from the home delivery pizza chain "Aoki's Pizza" in the Tokai area. Limited time sale until April 19th.

Shiruko Sand is a three-layered confectionery made by sandwiching red bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans, apple jam, and honey with biscuit dough and baking it. It is a long-selling product that has been loved since its launch in 1966, and celebrated its 50th anniversary last year (2016).

Shiruko Sand Pizza is a dessert pizza made by wrapping the topping ingredients in pie crust. The gentle sweetness of red bean paste and mascarpone is accented by the texture of crashed red bean paste and almonds.

The size is about 22 x 16 cm (for 2 to 3 people). It seems that you can enjoy the appearance of "just a huge sand". Two bottles of "Sokenbicha" (300ml (10.14us fl oz)) are included, and the price is 1,800 yen (excluding tax).
