This is a cookie made by kneading large block chocolate and cashew nuts into a moist dough with a distinctive Uji matcha flavor. Uji Matcha has been increased by 15% (compared to conventional products) so that you can enjoy a stronger matcha flavor than ever before. Gyokuro is kneaded in and you can enjoy the rich flavor.
