This product is an "edible disaster prevention book" that includes a disaster prevention manual book and stockpiled food. The approximately 70-page manual book contains a stockpile checklist and recipes for ideas in the event of a disaster. The stockpile contains 4 items (main dish, side dish, soup, dessert) and 3 meals of white rice.
