"Fish burger" specialty store "deli fu cious" will open in Nakameguro, Tokyo on December 23rd. Produced by Shinya Kudo, who has experience at the popular sushi restaurant "Ginza Aozora (Harutaka)", which has won two Michelin stars.

As for hamburgers, a diverse lineup such as "Kelp 〆 Fish Burger", "Shrimp Shinjo Burger" and "Saikyo-yaki's Strongest Burger" will be available from 1,000 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below). In addition to hamburgers, there are also "Sushi restaurant's soup roll egg sandwich" (700 yen) and "Kake 〆 boiled anago tempura dock" (1,200 yen).



We do not make it, but cook it after receiving an order. Freshly made hamburgers will be offered.

The store is located at 1-9-13 Higashiyama, Meguro-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 11:00 to 22:00.
