The "Strawberry Fair" will be held from December 26th at the Fujiya pastry shop. A lineup of cakes using strawberries such as "Premium Shortcake" and "Strawberry Rare Cheesecake".

Premium shortcake is a "premium type" shortcake that combines "specially selected sponge" using Hokkaido flour and "specially selected cream" using pure fresh cream from Hokkaido that melts in your mouth. Sliced strawberries are sandwiched in two layers and decorated with large strawberries. The price is 480 yen (tax included, same below).

Strawberry rare cheesecake is a gorgeous dish that combines cheese souffle tart dough with a light and refreshing strawberry-flavored rare cheese mousse and a lustrous strawberry glasage. The price is 380 yen.


Also, from January 6, 2017, "Plenty of Strawberry Pie" and "Strawberry Matcha Bomb" and whole cakes "Amaou Strawberry Shortcake" and "Strawberry Tailored Chocolate Cake" will be on sale as the second fair.

Plenty of strawberry pie is a crispy puff pastry layered with smooth diplo matte cream and sponge. Each piece (1 cut) is decorated with 3 strawberries. The price is 450 yen.

Strawberry Matcha Bomb is a bittersweet and fragrant matcha sponge with strawberry, strawberry cream and azuki bean-containing matcha cream sandwiched between them. The price is 360 yen.

Amaou Strawberry Shortcake is a mini-hole cake that uses Amaou Strawberry, which is popular for decoration and between the dough. With a diameter of 100 mm, it seems to be perfect for sharing with two people. The price is 1,200 yen.

The strawberry-style chocolate cake is made by layering chocolate cream using carefully selected cacao beans and chocolate sponge, and decorating it with chantery cream and strawberries "as if it were in bloom". It is recommended for birthdays and for sharing with a small number of people (2 to 3 people). The diameter is 125 mm and the price is 2,000 yen.
