The new pancake "Strawberry Christmas" will be offered from December 1st to December 25th at the cafe-equipped shop "Doremo LeTAO" (Chitose, Hokkaido) at the Otaru Western confectionery store LeTAO. The price is 1,600 yen (excluding tax).

This is a pancake topped with strawberry, berry sauce, and vanilla ice cream on a dough that melts like snow. It uses only raw milk from Hokkaido and is finished with original fresh cream and pistachio ice cream that are particular about the pasteurization method. It seems that you can enjoy the melted ice cream instead of the sauce.
