The popular ramen shop "Menya Musashi"'s "side dish specialty store" "Menya Musashi Kitchen" is open for a limited time at Lazona Kawasaki Plaza (Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture).
Originally, there were many requests from customers who visited the store, "I want to bring back Kakuni," so it seems that it was the first time to open a "side dish specialty store" that does not sell ramen. This is the first time to open a store in a commercial facility.
The product lineup is as follows.
・ Ippon Kakuni Sushi (1,500 yen)
・ La-noodle bowl (950 yen)
・ Kakuni bento (1,200 yen)
・ Ajitama (150 yen per piece)
・ Grilled pork (750 yen per chunk)
・ Kakuni (250 yen per piece)
・ Menma (150g (5.29oz) 350 yen)
Kakuni sushi is made by cutting about 700g (24.69oz) of kakuni into thick pieces and putting them on top of rice. Kakuni bento is made by cutting the same kakuni into bite-sized pieces, entwining the sauce, and placing it on top of the rice.
La-noodle bowl is topped with char siu of thigh meat, taste balls, menma, and lightly pickled cucumber. The rice below is made like "sobameshi" by mixing the noodles used in the store with boiled and chopped noodles.
In addition, you can purchase kakuni and taste balls from one piece. Since it is cut next to the sales space, it can be sold in bulk if desired. It will be exhibited until December 11th in the "Grand Food" area on the 1st floor.
