Jiichiro's Christmas Baum

Christmas limited items will be sold at each "Jiichiro" store (excluding some stores) where the moist Baumkuchen is popular. Reservations are being accepted from November 1st.

"Jiichiro's Christmas Baum" (2,800 yen) is made by putting rare cheese with low sweetness in the center of the popular "Jiichiro's Baumkuchen" and decorating it with "Red cheeks" from Shizuoka prefecture and fresh cream. The base tart base is caramel rusks.

On the other hand, "Jiichiro's Bush de Noel" (1,800 yen) is a chocolate sponge wrapped with a smooth and rich ganache cream. It is said that cocoa powder is dropped on the whole.

In both cases, over-the-counter sales are limited in quantity from December 22nd to 25th.
