Too beautiful chocolates inspired by the four seasons of Japan

At the "Salon du Chocolat Paris 2016" competition, the "world's largest" chocolate festival held in Paris, France, the chocolate "Irodori" exhibited by Ginza Senbiya was ranked "highest" for the second consecutive year. Won the Gold Tablet (Gold Award). To commemorate this, the Tsukiji store will start pre-sale limited to 100 sets from November 7th.

The colors are four kinds of chocolates that are inspired by the "expressive four seasons" of Japan. Each of them uses fruits that represent Japan to express the taste of each season. In addition, the chocolate design is also a motif that makes you feel the season.

"Spring chocolate" is strawberry ganache. Dried strawberries are pickled in Kirsch and flavored with Amaou's Western liquor.

"Summer chocolate" is peach ganache. It is scented with peach tea leaves and combined with part de fluy (jelly confectionery) made from domestic peaches.

"Autumn chocolate" is chestnut ganache. It is finished with abundant chestnut shochu and domestic chestnut paste, and you can feel the mellow taste and aroma of chestnuts.

"Winter chocolate" is kumquat ganache. It is finished by flavoring with domestic kumquat and kumquat liquor. You can enjoy the refreshing flavor of citrus fruits.
