Use the whole pear!
The new pancake "Caramel Poir" is being offered from November 1st at the cafe-equipped shop "Doremo LeTAO" (Chitose, Hokkaido) at the Otaru Western confectionery store LeTAO. The price is 1,500 yen (excluding tax).
This is an autumn-only pancake inspired by the French confectionery "Caramel Poir". A whole pear is used, and you can enjoy the deep taste of soft and juicy pear combined with bittersweet homemade caramel ice cream. A pear ice cream, which is a blend of two types of pear from Niigata and France, is attached separately.
