At each supermarket Seijo Ishii store (excluding some stores), a new original dessert product "Raw chocolate tiramisu-72% cacao couverture used-" was released on October 20th. The price is 699 yen (excluding tax).


This product is tiramisu with cheese cream made from Hokkaido mascarpone, sponge cake soaked with coffee, and fresh chocolate cream. The raw chocolate cream used is from the Italian chocolate brand "ARIBA".

The size is a large size that seems to be for home use. If you eat alone, it seems that there are about 4 times.


At first glance, it looks like a normal tiramisu. It's hard to tell, but there is a layer of fresh chocolate cream between the cheese cream and the sponge.



When you eat it, the rich taste of cheese cream, the bittersweet sweet taste of coffee sponge, and the rich sweetness of chocolate spread over the aftertaste. There is a time lag in the taste claims, so cheese and chocolate don't fight!
