Ministop "Gokujou Nikuman"
The dough is finished with "two-stage fermentation"

At each Ministop store, "Gokujou Nikuman" will be released sequentially from October 21st. All stores will be released on October 28th. The price is 168 yen (tax included).

This is a Chinese steamed bun that is made by wrapping minced pork ribs and minced pork thighs, which are cut into large pieces, in a chewy dough. A simple ingredient that combines onions and ginger is seasoned with soy sauce, and miso is added to the secret flavor to finish it.

The dough is fermented once, then wrapped in "an", and then the dough is finished by "two-step fermentation" in which the second fermentation is performed. For this reason, you can enjoy a chewy texture and good flavor than usual.
