Four types of pasta sauce will be released on October 15th at each supermarket Seijo Ishii store (excluding some stores). The price is 299 yen each (excluding tax).
A new work of Seijo Ishii's original product series "desica". The lineup is as follows.
・ Luxurious sea urchin paste made with fresh cream, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese aged for 24 months, and Hokkaido cream with 47% milk fat are used. You can enjoy the creamy and rich taste.
・ Tomato and Japanese-style soup stock are the decisive factors. A dish that adds the flavor of bonito and kelp to the classic Bolognese pasta. The original "Japanese-style dashi" is added to the marinara sauce to add depth to the taste. Uses dried tomatoes that are packed with the deliciousness of tomatoes.
・ Gorgonzola fragrant rich quattroformage Cheese powder with Gorgonzola and 4 kinds of cheese sauce such as Parmigiano Reggiano. Hokkaido cream with 47% milk fat enhances the flavor and richness of the sauce. It's perfect for wine.
・ Luxury bisque sauce of shrimp using fresh cream A flavorful sauce that combines the rich flavor of shrimp with the richness of Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh cream. Oregano and basil will enhance the flavor of the sauce.
