A new product "Classic Foie Gras Burger" is on sale from October 5th at each Freshness Burger store (excluding some stores). The price is 1,000 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

This product is a hamburger sandwiched with sautéed foie gras from Hungary, beef patties, creamy mashed potatoes, and green curls. Mashed potatoes are flavored with truffle oil.



The most notable thing is foie gras. You can enjoy a rich and fluffy texture. "Madera-style sauce" boiled down wine adds sweetness and gorgeousness.


Patty's beef is coarsely ground and has plenty of flesh. When chewed, the juicy gravy overflows, and together with the melting foie gras, creates a luxurious taste.

The hamburger alone costs 1000 yen, but it's worth it. This product is a limited sale of 30,000 meals. The sale period is until the beginning of November, but please note that it will end as soon as it runs out even during the period.

At the same time, a "soup fair" is being held where four types of soup are sold. This will continue until mid-March next year.


The lineup includes "vegetable soup" where you can enjoy the sweetness of vegetables, "lobster bisque" which is rich and flavorful, "borscht" which is refreshing and rich with honey lemon, and "pumpkin potage" which is rich and smooth. The price of each item is 350 yen (300 yen when combined with a hamburger).
