"Patisserie Ginza Senbiya" opens in Ecute Akabane (Tokyo) on August 2nd. In commemoration of that, "Whole Melon Jure" will be sold.

The store has a lineup of fruit tarts, cakes, and jellies carefully selected by their own connoisseurs. It is said that the whole cake will be enriched by taking advantage of the land pattern that is popular among families.

Whole melon jelly is a sweet that uses melon as a whole. It is finished in a mellow jelly with plenty of flesh. The sale period is from August 2nd to August 14th, limited to 10 pieces each day. The price is 3,240 yen (tax included).
