At each "Marugame Seimen" store in Hyogo and Kobe, a new menu "Karaage Zaru Udon" in collaboration with the fried chicken specialty store "Karaage Shigemori" in the city will be available from July 27th to the end of August. Sold for a limited time (excluding some stores). Prices start at 620 yen (tax included).

This is a menu developed in collaboration with Yang Takumi Shigemori, who won the "Highest Gold Award" at the "7th Karaage Grand Prix" sponsored by the Japan Karaage Association. The noodles that are made in the store every day are combined with the flavorful soup stock prepared from kelp and bonito flakes, and topped with four fried chicken with a crispy texture and juicy taste. Yuzu pepper and mayonnaise are added to the fried chicken as a secret ingredient.
