MONTEUR "Nagai Chocolate Crepe" and "Nagai Chocolate Eclair"

"Nagai Chocolate Crepe" and "Nagai Chocolate Eclair" will be on sale from MONTEUR. Limited to 4 days from July 27th to 30th. The estimated price is 162 yen each (tax included).

All of them are day-of-the-Ox sweets containing "eel extract". Last year (2015), Eclair was sold and was well received. This time, a new crepe will be added, and two products will be developed.

Long chocolate crepe is a crepe made by layering a thick paste made from homemade Belgian chocolate on a smooth chocolate cream and hand-rolling it with a moist chocolate dough. Eel extract is added to both chocolate cream and paste.

On the other hand, long chocolate eclairs are eclairs made by filling eclair dough with rich chocolate cream and paste with different tastes and coating the surface with chocolate. The thick paste made from homemade Belgian chocolate and the cream with whipped cream added to it both have a "chocolate-like" taste. This is also a combination of chocolate cream and paste with eel extract.
