The seasonal menus "Pork Ginger Dare Tendon" and "Katsu 〆 Conger Eel and Shrimp / Megochi no Natsu Tendon" will be released on July 14th at each Tenya chain store (excluding some stores). Scheduled to be sold until September 14th.

The pork ginger tendon is a new type of pork tendon with pork ginger-grilled tempura and creamy macaroni salad. The thick Spanish pork is soaked in salted jiuqu and then fried so that you can enjoy the softness and flavor of the jiuqu. It is said that the taste of tempura will be further enhanced by wating the ginger sauce with apples and honey and the tempura sauce of Tenya. The price is 690 yen (tax included) with miso soup.

Live conger eel and shrimp / megochi summer tempura bowl is topped with 4 kinds of seafood and 2 kinds of vegetable tempura. It is finished in a gorgeous tendon with live conger eel, classic popular shrimp, and squid with a light and elegant taste. The price is 830 yen (tax included) with miso soup.
