Four summer-only sweets will be released on July 1st at stores handling fresh cakes in the Ginza Cozy Corner (excluding some stores). Sale until August 25th.

"Refreshing white peach jelly" is a sweet made by layering white peach mousse, white peach sauce, and white peach pickled in syrup and finishing with peach jelly containing peach vinegar. You can enjoy a refreshing taste. The price is 378 yen (tax included, same below).


"Refreshing Grape Jelly" is a dessert made by layering grape mousse, grape sauce, and grapes pickled in syrup and finishing with muscat jelly containing white balsamic vinegar. The mellow acidity of fruit vinegar enhances the flavor of the fruit. The price is 378 yen.


"Coffee jelly" is a sweet made by layering bittersweet coffee jelly and mellow flavored cafe au lait mousse. Accented with caramel sauce and crushed almonds. The price is 324 yen.


"Tiramisu Cup" is a sweet made by layering cheese-flavored tiramisu mousse on a coffee-scented cocoa sponge. Finished with fresh cream and cocoa powder. The price is 324 yen.
