This is a sweet that has the image of summer and expresses the summer traditions of "fireworks" and "watermelon." A fireworks pattern blooming in the night sky is drawn on the surface of the sponge dough, and a small watermelon roll cake is wrapped in the center. The skin of the watermelon roll cake is made of matcha sponge, the flesh is made of raspberry mousse, and the seeds are made of chocolate. No matter where you cut it, a cross section of watermelon will appear in the center. The length of the cake is about 17 cm.
