French fries specialty store "AND THE FRIET" debuts in Osaka. It will open on June 17th at BIOTOP OSAKA.

And the fries is a specialty store that sells Belgian-style French fries, which is said to be the birthplace. In December 2013, the first store opened in Hiroo, Tokyo, and it has become a hot topic.

The store to open this time will be developed as a pop-up shop at BIOTOP CORNER STAND on the 1st floor of Biotope Osaka. Two types are available: a straight-cut potato called Bintje and a crispy type with a very fine cut of Russet Burbank. You can choose from 5 types of dip sauce.

Prices start at 500 yen for the cone-shaped "FLOWER" and 850 yen for the "BOX", which is a combination of two types of French fries. Business hours are from 12:00 to 21:00. Scheduled to open until August 31st.
