Lawson "Wasanbon Pudding" released in May 2016
The popular Wasanbon pudding is back

"Wasanbon Pudding" will be released on May 31 at each Lawson store (excluding some stores). The price is 245 yen (tax included), and the quantity is limited.

This product is a pudding made from sugar "Wasanbon" and "Kiyora" brand eggs. First released in June 2015, it became so popular that 750,000 meals were sold out in 10 days. Even when it was re-released in January, 610,000 meals were sold out in two weeks.

Wasanbon is traditionally produced in Tokushima Prefecture and elsewhere. It has a unique mellow flavor and richness, and is characterized by a smooth mouthfeel and a refreshing sweetness.
