A single-family standing bistro "Fujiya Main Store Nihonbashi Hamacho" was opened on March 12 in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

The popular Sangenjaya store "Fujiya Main Store Grill Bar", which closed due to the aging of the building, has been renamed and opened. The staff seems to have reunited with the same members as the grill bar. The first floor has a bar-like standing drink style, the second floor has a standing drink counter and seating style, and the third floor has open outdoor terrace seats, so you can enjoy your meal while feeling the breeze.


The menu has a wide lineup from hearty meat dishes such as "grilled lamb spine" and "sirloin steak & frit" to side menus that go well with sake such as "duck liver mousse" and "shrimp and avocado cocktail tailoring". Drinks include beer (Sapporo black label), highball, wine, and cocktails.


The store is located at 2-24-2 Nihonbashihamacho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 17:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and from 16:00 to 22:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
