In this "Everyone Cookie" series, vanilla, strawberry, and cocoa flavors are already on sale, and it has been rumored on the Internet that "it doesn't look like country ma'am ...?"



Matcha flavor, a new flavor of such Every One cookie. I was curious about various things, so I asked Furuta Confectionery to send me a sample product for tasting.


Currently, Matcha flavor is also available from Country Ma'am, so I will try to compare the two and come to my own conclusion.

● Every one cookie has a high proportion of chocolate

Every One Cookie Matcha is a matcha-flavored cookie dough that is baked with plenty of square chocolate chips that melt in your mouth. On the other hand, the "Country Maam Gyokuro Matcha" prepared for comparison is a flavor using Uji Matcha from Kyoto Prefecture and Uji Gyokuro from Kyoto Prefecture, which also contains chocolate chips.


Comparing the sizes, the Every One cookie is a little smaller. The color and thickness are almost the same.


When you break it, every one cookie is full of chocolate inside. The chocolate-flavored inner dough contains chocolate chips. It's a chocolate maker, isn't it? On the other hand, COUNTRY MA'AM has a high proportion of matcha, with chocolate chips kneaded into the matcha-based dough.

● The way matcha spreads is different

When I tried it, I felt a difference in how matcha spreads. Every one cookie has a strong matcha taste and aroma from the moment you bite it, while Country Ma'am gradually expands the power of matcha as you chew. Fortissimo's Every One cookie and Crescendo's Country Ma'am.

Also, in Every One cookie, chocolate and matcha are sweet and harmonious from the middle, but in Country Ma'am, the taste of matcha remains on the tongue from the beginning to the end. Sometimes the sweetness of chocolate is an accent.


Every one cookie contained plenty of chocolate, so I was worried that it would kill the taste of matcha, but the sweetness of this chocolate rather accentuated the bitterness of matcha.

By the way, the moist and crispy texture was almost the same, but I think the Every One cookie was more crunchy. I wonder if Country Ma'am is more moist.

The appearance is similar, but the taste is clearly different, which is a very interesting verification result. Every one cookie seems to be enjoyable widely from children to adults. Maybe Country Ma'am is for adults who like matcha more? I liked both of them, so I would like to eat them according to the mood of the day.
