The phantom Menchi-katsu is a limited edition product using beef that won the runner-up at the "66th Matsusaka Beef Co-Promotion Party", a festival that decides the "best Matsusaka beef". The beef of Kudan is "Yukinaga 3 No. 2", which Kakiyasu Honten made a successful bid for 6.71 million yen.

By the connoisseur of the craftsman, the part suitable for the minced meat cutlet is uniquely blended. It is said that the taste and sweetness of the coarsely ground Matsusaka meat is maximized by simply seasoning it with salt and pepper. You can also enjoy the crispy texture that was realized by carefully frying one by one in the store.
