"White Day Sweets Collection 2016" will be on sale from March 1st to 14th at the Pastry Shop (LBF) of Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel. We are accepting reservations from February 15th. The deadline is March 13th.


The White Day limited sweet box, which was popular last year, is back again this year as "Cerulean Sweet Box 2016". When you open the chocolate box decorated with colorful "flowers", you will see an inner lid that resembles a bouquet of roses. In addition, it contains macaroons and chocolate that expresses the "heart" and "key of the heart." The case, outer lid, inner lid, decorations, etc. are all made of chocolate. There are two color variations, yellow and pink, and the price is 4,200 yen each (tax included, same below). Limited to 30 pieces each.


Two pound cakes are also available. "Sakura Dainagon", which is made by kneading Dainagon and Kanoko beans into matcha dough, and "Caramel Orange", which is made by mixing pecan nut caramelize and orange confit into caramel dough. The individual price is 1,800 yen each. In addition, "Twin-Sakura Dainagon & Caramel Orange-", which is a set of two, one for each, will be prepared for 3,500 yen.


There is also a gift "Flower Selection" that includes 4 madeleines and 3 chocolates. Madeleine is made by mixing freeze-dried sakura into the dough and decorating it with salted sakura. There are three types of chocolate, "Yuzu", "Strawberry", and "Matcha" decorated with "butterflies" and "flowers", and they are finished in pastel colors with the image of spring. The price is 2,200 yen.
