This product is a drink that is based on white chocolate and is a blend of "Amarena cherry" pickled in syrup and "Griot cherry" puree. It is finished by squeezing creme shanti (whipped cream) and topped with shaved white chocolate and cherry syrup. The sweet and slightly nutty flavor of amarena cherries and the acidity of griot cherries are gently wrapped in the sweetness of white chocolate.

At the Ginza store, cherry blossom petals are served in a glass with syrup. The price will be 1,338 yen (tax included).


At the same time, "Sakura's Delice" will be released. The price is 302 yen (tax included) per piece.


This product is a pink macaron with a cherry blossom pattern. The center ganache is made by mixing white chocolate with cherry puree and cherry syrup and adding a slight saltiness to the finish. In addition, a cherry confit is hidden in the center, giving it a spring-like scent and a Japanese taste.
