The classic "ham" for midyear gifts and year-end gifts. Assortments arrive every year at my (young lady's) parents' home. When I returned home at the end of the year, I was given a lump of loin ham, saying, "I'm having trouble living alone and having food, take it home!" Well, I thankfully brought it back because I didn't buy it myself.

However, the best- by date will come in no time. I sliced it little by little every night and ate it, but when I suddenly noticed it, the printed date was 3 days later ... Seriously, more than two-thirds still remain !

Therefore, I tried to arrange the dish to increase the consumption speed and remove the rut. Here are some recommended recipes that were really delicious . Now, at this very moment, if anyone has the same worries, I want you to make one! Rather, I want you to make it even if you bother to buy ham!

By the way, please note that all the amounts are appropriate and the size is for living alone.

[1] Oven-baked turnip, broccoli and ham

Ingredients: cub and broccoli (one piece for about 2 cm), cream cheese, grated cheese, olive oil, salt and black pepper

How to make:
1. 1. Cut the turnip into cubes of about 1.5 cm to 2 cm and boil it lightly (this time, use a civilized device / microwave oven for about 1 minute and 30 seconds).
2. Cut the broccoli into pieces that are easy to eat and boil them lightly (this time, the equipment of civilization ...)
3. 3. Cut ham about 2 cm thick and cut it to the same size as a turnip.
Four. Pack 1 to 3 in a bakeware so that they do not overlap as much as possible, put as much cream cheese as you like in places, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of olive oil.
Five. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake on the grill for about 5 minutes.

Oh, I baked it on the grill, but I named it oven-baked. Well, in short, it's a simple menu that you just put vegetables and ham side by side in a bowl of appropriate size and bake.

You can use any vegetables, or you can use pizza cheese instead of cream cheese. It's delicious no matter what you put in it. Recommended for consumption of surplus. It was delicious even with mochi.

How to make:
1. 1. Cut the ham to the desired thickness (this time, cut 2 pieces of about 1.5 cm)

I added Yuzu pepper and my favorite garlic pepper recently. It's not a recipe, but it feels more luxurious than sliced ham (maybe!).

Ingredients: bok choy (1 strain), turnip (1 small), block ham (1 cm), salt and pepper, Chinese seasoning

How to make:
1. 1. Cut turnips into ginkgo biloba with a thickness of about 8 mm, and bok choy into zaku with a width of about 3 cm.
2. Cut ham cut to a thickness of about 1 cm into sticks with a width of about 5 mm.
3. 3. Add sesame oil to a frying pan, add ham, turnip, bok choy core, and bok choy leaves in that order, fry, and season with salt and pepper or Chinese seasoning.

This is also a delicious stir-fry no matter what you put in it. I used the bok choy (and turnip) that I got from my parents' house. Even if you add 2 bok choy per ham, you will get a good balance. Ham has a strong presence, so even if you have a lot of vegetables, there is no problem!
