"Kiritanpo Shochu" made from Akita Prefecture's local cuisine "Kiritanpo" will be released in limited quantities from Akita Prefectural Fermentation Industry on December 22nd. It contains 720 ml and the price is 1,800 yen (excluding tax).
"Kiritanpo" becomes shochu !?
This is a shochu liquor prepared with "Kiritanpo", a typical local dish of Akita prefecture. "Kiritanpo" baked using Akitakomachi's glutinous rice from Akita Prefecture is used. In addition to a refreshing taste, you can enjoy the mellow sweetness.
