This is a shochu liquor prepared with "Kiritanpo", a typical local dish of Akita prefecture. "Kiritanpo" baked using Akitakomachi's glutinous rice from Akita Prefecture is used. In addition to a refreshing taste, you can enjoy the mellow sweetness.
