As the name suggests, this limited-time shop mainly sells milk and dairy products. The venue is divided into three areas, and parfaits and cheese can be purchased in the "food and drink zone" at the back.

The menu includes three foods, "parfait with plenty of fresh cream" (S size from 640 yen), "luxury plate of raclette cheese" (880 yen), "Hokkaido's special potato butter" (350 yen), and Hokkaido milk. Coffee menu using fresh cream, apple juice, soft serve. This time, I will try the "Hokkaido milk 3 types of drinking comparison" (200 yen) and 3 types of food.

First of all, milk. You can choose 3 out of 9 types and compare them. When I asked for something that I couldn't drink in Tokyo, it seemed that eight were so ... In the end, I asked them to choose three that make the difference easy to understand.

The scent and richness that you feel the moment you put it in your mouth, and the sweetness that remains afterwards, are certainly different. Personally, I liked "Hokkaido Premium Biei Milk". It's rich, but the aftertaste is refreshing, and it's chewy but not persistent.

Next is the long-awaited parfait time. While looking at the paper, select and order the sauce, cereal, topping, and cream. The author ordered "Hascup pulp sauce", "Fruit granola", "Cheesecake", and "Yotsuba pure cream".

After laying the sauce on the bottom, add soft serve ice cream, add granola, cheesecake, fresh cream, and then sauce one after another, and finally turn on the fresh cream with a scoop. Served with cake and mint. I highly recommend the Haskap sauce, which has a strong acidity. The fresh cream, which is put on a generous amount like a bad push, has a rich taste but is not too sweet and has an appropriate balance. You should get a rich sense of satisfaction!

It would be fun to order and share a completely different one. I'm also interested in "milk jam & long coconut" sauce, shiratama, and other creams. By the way, the parfait corner will take some time as it will be made while listening to each order. Don't forget to be prepared to wait.

And raclette cheese and jagabata are served at the back.

Sprinkle raclette cheese on vegetables such as potatoes from Hokkaido in front of you. It looks like a feast! The origin and variety of the ingredients seem to change from day to day, and on this day, we had raclette cheese from "Kyodo Gakusha Shintoku Farm", potatoes "Baron", and pumpkin "Ryoomoi" (all from Hokkaido).
