This product is a Chinese steamed bun with "beef sukiyaki" as an ingredient. Shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and onions are added to the stir-fried beef ribs, and the seasoning is Kansai-style, which is characterized by a slightly sweet taste. The dough is matched with plenty of ingredients to give it a chewy texture.

It is said that it is the first time in the history of Ministop to use beef as an ingredient for Chinese steamed buns.
