Here at En-eating, we often write articles about new products that are announced every month. It's nice, it changes every month. I like it. Many of them have been elaborate every time, and many of them are looking forward to it, but among them, I received information on the new products of the series "Aoyama Rice", which I have high expectations for in November!

The Aoyama rice series by Ministop is supervised by Yuki Aoyama, the owner of Nakameguro "Aoya" in Kyoto Obanzai and Yakuzen, and decides on the theme of ingredients that changes every month and sells salads and lunch boxes. It's made from a female perspective, and it looks healthy and delicious. And this month's theme is "burdock". It's a little surprising.

This month's lineup is quite substantial. Not to mention the main foods such as "burdock and 22 items of lunch to taste autumn", "Kyofu Gohoten Udon (seven flavors with yuzu)", "burdock and steamed chicken shirayu soup rice", and "Japanese-style curry with root vegetables" Western-style burdock and burdock and bean vegetable salad, burdock and sweet potato sandwich (potato salad, broccoli), and rice balls such as burdock rice (with green pepper) and kinpira burdock with chicken.

Among them, I would like to pick up a product that says "Isn't this good ...?" At my own discretion. I'm really confused, but ... everyone looks delicious ...

First of all, "Burdock to taste autumn and 22 items of bento". This is an obanzai lunch that combines 3 side dishes using burdock (boiled beef burdock, kinpira burdock, fried burdock), various side dishes, red rice with satsuma potato, and chirimen sansho rice using 16 grain rice. 22 items! There was a time when it was said that if you take 30 items a day as a guide, you are healthy (the number 30 has disappeared from the dietary guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare), but in any case, there are various things. It's nice to be able to eat different kinds of things little by little.

"Kyofu Gohoten Udon (Shichimi with Yuzu)" is a Kyoto-style udon that is made by cutting burdock into large pieces, including burdock heaven, chicken, deep-fried chicken, white onions, and mizuna. After warming in the microwave, the taste of the ingredients melts into the soup stock, and if you add the attached shichimi with yuzu, you can enjoy the elegant taste with the aroma of yuzu. It's a dish that makes me too happy in the cold season ...

Also, I want you to continue selling Aoyama rice! Many people said that, at Ministop, we started selling sweet bread and chilled Japanese sweets supervised by Mr. Aoyama. It was a little different from the monthly theme, such as "Brown sugar warabimochi with walnuts" kneaded with walnuts and "Aoyama-san's favorite Vietnamese sandwich" arranged in Japanese style based on the Vietnamese sandwich Bainh Mee. Aoyama rice looks delicious too. I want to eat vine me ...

It's a heart-warming thing to devise with walnuts, isn't it?

Well, this month we had a lot of Aoyama rice. For the time being, I would like to actively utilize Ministop for lunch this month. Where was it in the neighborhood ...
