● Tokyo store "Roast Supper Burger (London)"

At the Tokyo store in Roppongi, you can eat local burgers from London, England. It is a dish of thick putty, sliced potatoes, vegetables such as carrots, and British home-cooked "Yorkshire pudding" sandwiched between buns.


Yorkshire pudding, which looks like cream puff skin, has a fluffy and chewy texture. It is slightly sweet and tastes like Danish pastry. You can enjoy it with plenty of vegetables and meat, so it's like eating the dishes lined up on the table!


● Ueno Tokyo store "Legendary Rome Burger (Rome)"

A local burger in Rome, Italy that combines crispy pancetta (bacon) with a firm chewy pate. It is topped with refreshing ricotta cheese.


Pancetta is salted pork belly. The harmony of the salty umami that oozes from this pancetta, the juicy putty, the refreshing acidity and the rich cheese is a deliciousness that has never been experienced before!


● Yokohama store "Legendary Sweet & Sour Burger (Hong Kong)"

A local burger in Hong Kong topped with Chinese-flavored onions and paprika on a special burger from Hard Rock Cafe. The crispy texture of paprika and the slight bitterness are accents.


Vegetables seasoned with sweet and sour like Chinese food have a presence comparable to meat! It's full of volume, but thanks to the acidity, you can enjoy a refreshing aftertaste.


● Osaka store "French Connection Burger (San Francisco)"

Of the six types this time, the only burger with ingredients sandwiched between bread (flatbread) instead of buns. It is baked with thick putty, onion and cheese sandwiched between them. Sriracha mayonnaise on the side.


It's simple but delicious, with meat and cheese claiming to be savory! The onion is also well-flavored, and the balance of umami, richness, and saltiness is exquisite. The overflowing gravy soaks into the bread, making it even more appetizing.


● Universal Citywalk Osaka Store "Legendary Fried Macaroni & Cheeseburger"

A local burger with American home-cooked "Macaroni & Cheese" arranged and fried with bread crumbs sandwiched between buns. It seems to be popular in the United States.


From the crispy and fragrant batter, the delicious macaroni and cheese melt. It seems that jalapeno is combined, and the aftertaste is a little spicy. It definitely tastes good with beer!


● Fukuoka store "Legendary Honolulu Burger (Honolulu)"

A Hawaiian burger with chorizo, Monterey cheese, and grilled pineapple sandwiched between buns on a putty coated with sweet Hawaiian sauce. The garnished French fries are topped with the familiar "furikake" in Hawaii.
