The shaved ice "Mizore Yamazaki" and "Mizore Hakushu" that you can enjoy with whiskey will be offered at the rooftop garden "Soradoko" that will open on the roof of the izakaya "Tsukuda Farm Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi" on July 26th.


Sleet Yamazaki and Sleet Hakushu are shaved ice that you can enjoy by sprinkling whiskey on ice. The sourness of the lemon and the gentle sweetness of the homemade syrup enhance the taste of each whiskey. At the end, you can enjoy it as a highball by pouring carbonated water.

The empty floor is Tsukada Farm's first rooftop garden. In addition to the two types of whiskey used for shaved ice, you can enjoy fruit JAR cocktails using fruits from Miyazaki prefecture such as Hyuganatsu and mango. It will be open for a limited time until around October.
