The goldfish underwater art exhibition "Art Aquarium" is becoming more popular as a summer tradition. "ECO EDO Nihonbashi Art AQUARIUM 2014" has been held in Nihonbashi, Tokyo since July 11th, and this year marks the 4th time.


At the commercial facilities around COREDO Muromachi, which will be the venue, a menu with a goldfish motif will be offered during the exhibition period. How about a summer memorial together with the art aquarium appreciation?

◆ "Black deme petan salad style" (Son of Chinese famous vegetables / Coredo Muromachi)

A plate that expresses goldfish with the processed egg food "Century egg". The black color is likened to a "telescope". Offer time is from 11:00 to 19:00.


◆ "Goldfish-shaped ravioli" (IL BACARO ALMA / Coredo Muromachi 3)

Italian water dumplings "ravioli" made from salted sardines and potatoes and stuffed into the dough. It is finished in a goldfish shape. Offer time is from 17:00.


◆ "Characteristic Goldfish Dumplings" (Chongqing Hotel GIFT & DELI / Coredo Muromachi 2)

Using translucent skin, it is finished in the shape of a goldfish full of reality. It's spicy and you can enjoy the flavor of Sichuan Mapo tofu. Offer time is from 14:00 to 20:30 (last order).


◆ "Dashi is proud! Cold oden" (Ninben Nihonbashi Main Store / Coredo Muromachi)

Carrots in the shape of goldfish "swim", chilled oden. It is said that the soup stock unique to Ninben is used luxuriously and finished in a summer-specific jelly shape. To go is also possible. Offer time is from 10:00 to 19:00.
