Guts rib sand is a long size product that is about 35 cm long and weighs about three times as much as the conventional "rib sand pork". It will be sold in limited quantities from 10:30 each day.

The soft French buns, which have been baked until they are browned, are sandwiched with smoky rib patties, and the barbecue sauce is added with clove powder to add depth to the taste.
