It's already been half a year since the EXILE collaboration started with Freshness Burger. I'm really impressed when I think that I've folded it in half again (without permission).

Now, in the second half of the year, a menu devised by MAKIDAI, a member who is active not only as a dancer but also as a DJ and an actor, has appeared! I also went to eat at once.


The menu devised by MAKIDAI is "New York Chicken Over Sandwich". It seems that MAKIDAI has also studied abroad in New York in the past, and a hamburger that expresses this place with a strong connection was born.

This menu is a hamburger that is inspired by the popular street food "Chicken Over Rice" in New York, where vegetables such as stir-fried chicken and lettuce are placed on top of saffron rice and combined with sauce. Expectations for the contents will increase just because of the simple visuals.

The buns are fluffy and fragrant sesame buns. When it bites, it has a slight sweetness. The chicken cut into bite-sized pieces is chewy, but it is soft enough to crumble when it hits your teeth. Because it is soaked in spices, you can feel the unique taste of eating Indian curry.


In addition, sweet and sour yogurt sauce and juicy tomatoes enhance the spicy taste of chicken. Guacamole (avocado) sauce adds mellowness to it.

The overall seasoning is strong with spices, but the sweetness and mellowness of the buns and sauce alleviates the spiciness, creating an exquisite balance that will appeal to your appetite. Hmmm, what goes well with rice goes well with hamburgers ...!


Also, a new menu "Pink Smoothie (Pomegranate & Guava)" in collaboration with E-girls was on sale at the same time, so I drank it! The pink smoothie is topped with frozen pineapple, pomegranate and guava pulp.


Each time you drink, the pomegranate seeds produce a bubble wrap and a light texture. According to the clerk, this kind is nutritious, so I got it without leaving it! It is a smoothie that is not too thick and smooth, and has a refreshing sweetness that makes it perfect for meals.


This time as well, it was a gorgeous and delicious menu like EXILE. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of unique collaboration menu Freshness x EXILE will continue to offer for the remaining six months!
