The Hokkaido Wagyu hamburger steak burger is characterized by its hamburger patty, which uses approximately 6 mm of coarsely ground meat to retain the texture and umami of high-quality Japanese beef grown in Hokkaido. The sauces to be combined are the tasty demiglace sauce, which is made by adding red wine-style seasonings, bouillon, apples, etc., and the "corn aligot sauce", which is finished with corn, mashed potatoes, and grated cheese.
The set salad is a combination of cut lettuce, tomatoes, croutons and French dressing, and it goes well with burgers.
