"Kapibara-san" has a lot of fans all over the country with her cute visuals and loose life. "Kapibara-san Donuts", a collaboration between Kapibara-san and the donut specialty store "Ikumimama Animal Donuts", has finally landed in Tokyo!


Kapibara-san donuts, which used to be a limited edition item at "Kurutto Shop Kobe". From June 7th, it will be sold at the Tokyo Station store, Osaka Umeda store, and Kichijoji store. That's why the Eating editorial department, which has many Kapibara-san fans, went to buy it immediately!

This time, I bought Kapibara-san donuts at Kurutto Shop Tokyo Station. It is located in "Tokyo Character Street" in "First Avenue Tokyo Station", which is just outside the ticket gate from the Yaesu exit.


It seems that donuts have a total of 10 types of "faces", but you cannot choose one. Leave your luck to heaven (although they are all cute), round type (without holes) and ring type, two types of donuts are set one by one "Moden set" (2 pieces) I bought two (680 yen)!

Well then, the Tasting. Kapibara-san donuts are made with no preservatives or additives coated with coffee-flavored chocolate, and the face is painted with round eyes and mouth. It's so cute that it's hard to bite ...!


The dough with tight eyes is moist and sure to eat! It has a gentle taste that makes the best use of the ingredients. The slightly bitter coffee cream is accented with the aroma of Sanon Tou. Almonds on ears and limbs. Round donuts and ring-shaped donuts have different shapes but the same taste.


On the other hand, Mr. White's donut is made by sprinkling white chocolate on the donut dough and drawing eyes and mouth with chocolate. It's pure white and beautiful, Mr. White!


White chocolate is sweet. I felt a slight lemon-like acidity. It has a refreshing aftertaste and goes great with donut dough!

Kapibara-san donuts can be stored for 10 days if they are sealed and frozen immediately after purchase. If you keep it in the freezer at home or in the office and gently take it out when you are tired or frustrated, you may be able to relieve your stress. Please give it a try!
