"Kiki & Lala CAFE " is a collaboration cafe with Sanrio that has been open for a limited time at "THE GUEST cafe & diner " in Shibuya Parco (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) from March 21st. As the name suggests, it is a cafe with the theme of "Little Twin Stars", which is familiar with "Kiki & Lala", but it is so popular that the business schedule that was originally until the end of May will be extended to July 7th!

I love Sanrio so much that I vote for the "Sanrio Character Award" every year. I went to Shibuya Parco to check out the new menu that was renewed according to the extension.


● Popular for the first time regardless of the rainy season


It's raining heavily in Tokyo, which has just entered the rainy season. I'm wondering if this is the case ...


After all it was sweet! There is a line up to the front of the stairs behind the shop. Check the clock immediately and go to the end.


You will be given a menu in the middle of the line and will take your order first. In the menu renewed with the theme of Tanabata, it seems that a new menu has been added to food and sweets. The author ordered the new menu "Golden Milky Way Pasta-with quinoa and edamame salad-" (1,380 yen) and "Cloud Lara Latte" (650 yen) (both tax excluded).



By the way, there is also a goods shop next to the shop, and when you look at it from the line, you will feel more excited when you remember your childhood when you were immersed in the Sanrio shop. Fufufu, I wonder if it's still ...

● Finally to the store!


About 30 minutes after I started lining up, I was finally guided to my seat. The store has more than 30 seats, and the ceiling is high and spacious. A store-only paper place mat will welcome you at the table!



Kiki & Lala tapestry on the wall. The dried flowers on the table are also blue and pink. I was pretending to be calm because I was alone, but my chest hurts.
The drink was delivered in about 10 minutes.


Pink Lara on top of the fluffy cream. In addition, Lara's "star stick" (candy) is also included! Scoop a generous amount of cream with a long spoon and enjoy it with a latte that has a moderate bitterness and richness.


Oh yeah, the Tanabata version of the limited coaster that comes with you when you order a drink is also very cute!


● Delicious and body-friendly food menu

And the long-awaited "Golden Milky Way Pasta" has appeared. Kiki & Lala are on top of the pasta.


The glittering sauce like stardust is studded with vegetables that have been pulled out in a star shape, and you can see that you are particular about the world view in every detail. Pasta is yellow arabiata using yellow tomatoes. It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness, and the slightly spicy sauce goes well with bacon and juicy eggplant! Originally it is a cafe that offers "bistronomy dishes", so it has a full-fledged taste like a restaurant.


In addition, the salad attached to the plate contains vegetables such as cucumber, edamame, and paprika mixed with a refreshing dressing. Quinoa's bubble wrap texture and sweet and sour American cherries are accented, making it a stylish salad that you have never eaten before.


By the way, Kiki & Lala was a star-shaped bread. Most of the customers were women, but I think they are very satisfied with the volume and taste.


"Kiki & Lala CAFE" where you can eat delicious meals while being surrounded by Little Twin Stars. Anyway, it's too cute and the thought circuit freezes ...! Of course, it was also impressive that not only the author but all the customers seemed to smile and have fun.

According to the clerk, the waiting time on Saturdays and Sundays can be up to 3 hours (!). It's like a dream country, but I think it's possible to enter it relatively early immediately after the store opens on weekdays. The shop is open from 11:00, food LO is 22:00 and drink LO is 22:30.
