
"Ishigaki Island Pudding Honpo" is Ishigaki Island's first pudding specialty store that opened in Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture on April 1, 2014. The restaurant's signature menu, "Ishigaki Island Pudding," is a combination of jersey milk from Ishigaki Island, 100% seawater from Nagura Bay, "Ishigaki salt," and purely domestic "Wasanbon sugar."
