In the summer when you lose your appetite, what you really want to eat is noodles that go smoothly. Before midsummer, Lawson will renew its popular cold noodles for summer from June 26th. There are three types to be released this time: chilled Chinese food, chilled tantan noodles, and chilled tanmen.

For chilled Chinese noodles, fruit vinegar was used to increase the acidity, and for chilled dandan noodles, minced pork and the spiciness of doubanjiang were added. Cold tanmen with a refreshing salty finish is a new menu. It is said that it uses "tamago noodles" that are all made of iodine eggs and light and have a smooth texture.

Hiyashi chuka is made by adding 3 kinds of fruit vinegar to 2 kinds of chicken soup and kelp soup stock to make a refreshing soup with strong acidity. Plenty of roast pork roasted on an open fire is placed on it. Hiyashi chuka is a summer tradition, isn't it?

Just looking at the pictures makes me feel cool. It is said that "fresh", "sour" and "spicy" tastes are preferred in hot weather. These three items are likely to be taken care of at lunch this summer.
