So, I went to "Bacana Ginza" (Shinbashi, Tokyo) to eat "Churrasco", a typical meat dish in South America including Brazil! I never just wanted to go to Churrasco all-you-can-eat.


Churrasco is a dish in which beef, pork, chicken, etc. are stabbed on an iron skewer and slowly baked while rotating the skewer. Is it a South American barbecue?

Bacana Ginza, which I visited this time, is said to be the first store to introduce Churrasco to Tokyo. A male waiter called Schlaskeiro cuts a large chunk of meat at the table and serves it.

I'm looking forward to the authentic atmosphere, but at lunchtime on weekdays, "All-you-can-eat Churrasco" is 2,200 yen! Compared to the dinner time from 4,800 yen, it's a surprisingly good deal. I had no choice but to aim for this, so I made a reservation at 11:30, the opening time.



When you arrive at the store, the staff in suits will guide you to your seat. On the table, there are two white plates and a plate with a cow silhouette. This is used for the "meat kuretsu" sign. If the green side is up, "Please give me meat", and if the red side is up, "I don't need it". In Brazil and other countries, you can turn over and express your intention many times during all-you-can-eat, but in Japan, it often indicates "red = meal is completely finished" . At the same store, there was an announcement saying, "Please turn the red side only once." I have to be careful.

Now, turn the green side up and start all-you-can-eat!

First, head to the salad bar in the back of the store. There are many types of vegetables such as lettuce, as well as macaroni salad and chicken. There are about 50 types. Curry, rice, pasta, desserts, etc. are lined up, and there is also a typical Brazilian stewed dish "Feijoada". There are too many types to choose from, but today's purpose is meat. I will take about one plate sparingly.


There is a large grill in the back of the salad bar, and a large chunk of meat on a skewer spins around. Occasionally, the staff seems to check the burnt condition. Oh, I want to eat meat soon. I will return to my seat while putting up with the mess.


Then, there was already meat on the plate on the table. It seems that the serve has already started. It's a waste if the meat gets cold, so forget about the salad and start with the meat!

The chicken and sausages were left behind. The chicken seasoned with curry spice is tightly packed and has a satisfying taste. The sausages are brown and juicy. I can't stop spicy seasoning.


If you finish eating early and finally want to eat salad ... A staff member with a big skewer that was on the grill came over. It seems that he brought the next meat. This is lamb meat. The skewers are put on the plate and cut with a knife. You will be asked to "hold the meat", so hold the edge of the meat with the tongs on the table. If you want to eat two pieces, quickly put the cut meat on the plate and re-hold the tongs. They will be happy to carve it out!


Starting with lamb meat, meat, meat, meat ... I'm caught up in a storm of meat that I missed and couldn't help. Large pork shoulder loin, brown juicy garlic steak, soft and sweet fillet steak, harami steak and sirloin steak. Exquisitely roasted meat is carried one after another.

The rare Ichibo meat steak is a masterpiece . It's called Piccagna, and it's said to be the most popular meat in Brazil. When carving, you will be asked if the outside is good or the inside is good. For those who prefer to be well baked, ordering the outside will cut the baked side. It's strange because you can eat it refreshingly even though it has a lot of sashimi. I ate two pieces with Perori.


The meat is basically seasoned only with spices. If you want to change the taste, use the sauce on the table. There are two types of sauce, steak sauce and vinegar sauce. Especially, vinegar sauce can be eaten refreshingly, so it may be good for retouching. Steak sauce goes well with Ichibo meat steak.


By the time the meat goes around, the store is almost full. The interval between the shurasqueiros has become longer, so I'll just take a break and eat the salad and the remaining meat. They will bring you meat one after another until you turn the plate over, but if you don't need it, decline it. Let's get the part you like when you come.

After enjoying about 3 laps of meat, our stomach is finally at its limit. Turn the crying plate over to red and finish today's all-you-can-eat.

While saying that, it's time for dessert from here! Take the fruits and puddings in the salad bar and let the marshmallows pass through the chocolate fondue towers that are steadily placed next to the grill.

But no matter how much I'm hungry, I can't eat any more! We enjoyed meat, salad and dessert, and it was a very satisfying lunch.


In addition to the all-you-can-eat churrasco, the restaurant also has an all-you-can-eat buffet and a weekday-only lunch menu that includes all-you-can-eat meat and buffet such as chicken sauce. Many people, both men and women, enjoyed lunch, probably because they work in the area. In addition, the all-you-can-eat churrasco at night will serve meat, cheese, pineapple, etc. that are not served at lunch. It seems that you can enjoy a samba dance show for free, so you can spend a hot night.

Now that I've eaten plenty of delicious meat, my stomach is ready. Now the World Cup! Before ..., the meat power has already run out. I think I need to go there a few more times.
