"Tokachi Kongari Hashed Potatoes" will be on sale from May 9th at each Ministop store. Scheduled to be sold at all stores from May 16th. Limited to 1 million meals, the price is 198 yen (tax included).


"Tokachi Kongari Hashed Potato" is a snack menu that is a bite-sized "mini-hashed potato" that is a bale-shaped "hashed potato" that is familiar to fast food restaurants and potato specialty stores.

After ordering at the cash register, it is finally processed and provided in a "freshly made and hot" state. Hashed potatoes made from the fragrant "Hokkaido Kogane" variety with a high sugar content have a crispy and light texture on the outside, a sticky texture on the inside, and a firm potato taste.


It does not come with ketchup or other seasonings, but is simply seasoned with "salt" to enhance the sweetness of the potatoes themselves. It's addictive.
